These launch terms govern use of Sponty. The service is for adults 18 and older and is built around consent, honesty, and respect.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and maintain only accounts you are authorized to use. Creating a new account to bypass a block, restriction, or ban is prohibited.
Using Sponty safely
Visibility is not consent to approach. Respect approach preferences, declines, blocks, and reveal choices. Do not stalk, threaten, harass, impersonate, scam, discriminate, or expose another person’s private information.
Events and purchases
Event organizers are responsible for their listings and venue operations. Ticket terms, cancellation rules, fees, and refund eligibility are shown before purchase. We do not store raw payment-card details.
Moderation
We may limit reach, quarantine interactions, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, or legal compliance. Eligible actions may be appealed.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Sponty a limited license to host, process, display, and moderate it for operating and protecting the service.
